Salem Police arrested 33-year-old Chad Burgess of Salem Mobile Home Park for violation of an order of protection. He was taken to the Marion County Jail on Friday.
Salem Police arrested 48-year-old Sara Phillips of Charleston Road in Salem on outstanding Fayette and Marion County warrants. She posted a total of $400 cash bond and was released.
45-year-old Angela Hughes of Kinmundy was arrested by Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies on an outstanding Washington County warrant. She was later transported to the Washington County Jail at Nashville.
A 28-year-old homeless man was transported from the Jefferson County Jail to the Marion County Jail on an outstanding major traffic warrant. Bond on the warrant for Kevin Bradley was set at $7,500.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the theft of several items from the back porch of a home in the 3000 block of Scout Road in rural Salem.
