A 28-year-old Salem man is being held in the Marion County Jail for alleged aggravated domestic battery after a Centralia woman was allegedly cut with a knife and strangulated at his home.
Dillon Donaldson of North Miller was taken into custody after Salem Police were called to his residence just before midnight. Police say Donaldson also received some minor scratches in the altercation. The knives involved are believed to be kitchen knives.
The alleged female victim indicated she would go to SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia on her own for treatment of the cut injury to one of her arms.
