Salem Police arrested a 38-year-old Salem woman for retail theft when she was located Saturday following an incident at the Salem Walmart store on Friday. Shannon Hicks of North Hamilton was given a notice to appear in court.
40-year-old George Sloat of South Pearl in Salem was arrested by State Police for alleged driving under the influence. He was also released on a notice to appear in court.
