The Salem Lady Wildcats won the DuQuoin Girls Tournament Saturday night with a 59-23 win over Cairo. Salem started the game on a 10-0 run and never looked back, with a running clock for much of the fourth quarter where they held Cairo scoreless. Emma Gregg had a dozen points to lead Salem. The Lady Cats exit the season opening tournament with a 4-0 record.
