A 28-year-old homeless Centralia man has been arrested on an outstanding no-bond felony failure to appear in court warrant. The warrant was issued after Luke Declue failed to show up earlier in the week for a sentencing hearing on a petition to revoke his probation on a criminal trespass to a residence with a person present charge.
A 32-year-old Kinmundy man has been transported to the Marion County Jail after being arrested in Jefferson County on a Marion County warrant seeking to revoke his probation on a domestic battery conviction. Bond is set at $5,000. In addition, Andrew Casner of Omega Road was arrested on an outstanding traffic warrant with bond set at $2,500.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Department was called to Main Street in Sandoval early Friday morning to a report of gunshots fired. Deputies could not locate anything. The call came in at 4:20 Friday morning.
