The Franklin Park Lady Bobcats improved to 9-3 on the year with a 27-22 win at Woodlawn. Quinn Wolfe scored 13 to lead the way, Emma Lipe added 6. Maddie Dulaney pulled down 7 rebounds. The Salem JV won 17-12 with Maci Susmena scoring 10. Salem is on the road at Herrin Monday night.
At the Summersville Shootout, New Horizon improved to 8-1 knocking off perennial power Goreville 43-29. Annalyn Bass was 2 blocks shy of a triple double as she finished her amazing game with 28 points, 12 rebounds and 8 blocks. New Horizon will have a Showdown Monday at home with Field.
