Clinton County Coroner Phillip Moss has released the name of the 28-year-old Centralia man who was killed in a motorcycle crash that most likely occurred early Wednesday morning.
The coroner pronounced Logan Mueller dead at the scene of the crash on Linn Road just east of Jolliff Bridge Road northwest of Centralia.
Moss says initial information indicates Mueller was eastbound on Linn Road when he left the south side of the road, hit the roadside ditch, and was ejected. He reports the cause of death was blunt force trauma from the crash.
It is not known when the crash occurred. The wreckage was discovered by a crew collecting trash around 6:30 Wednesday morning.
