The Salem Lady Bobcats improved to 6-1 on the season with a 32-31 win over Olney in the opening night of the Lady Bobcat Invitational. Kendall Zimmermann hit a free throw late in the game to put Salem ahead for good. Maddie Dulaney finished with 14 and Quinn Wolfe 12. Alli Thurman also added tremendous defense. Salem and Breese play tonight at 7pm following Carlyle and Olney at 5:30.
The Woodlawn girls improved to 8-1 with their 35-22 win over Hamilton County.
