The Lady Bobcats dropped their home game yesterday to a very good Trinity St Mary’s team 9-0 as the Defenders improve to 12-1 with the win. Abigail Thompson struck out 10 in relief of Alli Thurman. Thurman was on base twice, Emma Lipe and Reagan Shuler added hits.
For the Defenders, Emrie Quick allowed 2 hits and struck out 13. Bailey Pingsterhaus had 2 hits with 4 RBI, Rylie Neuhaus and Raylynn Parker had 2 hits each.
Franklin Park will host Nashville Saturday.
