The Salem Lady Cats volleyball team fell to 1-5 on the year with a road loss at Freeburg 25-19, 25-14. The night began with the Freshmen losing in 2 sets to fall to 1-5 and the JV lost in 2 sets to fall to 3-3. Salem will return to play at the Benton Tournament tomorrow.
The SC Lady Cougars volleyball team will host Patoka this evening on Gary Shirley Court. They earned a 2-set win over Wayne City 25-21, 25-14 yesterday to improve to 6-5. Brooke Cowger had 8 kills with Emma Jenne adding 4. Reagan Roberts had 15 assists and 3 digs, Emma Chambers had 4 digs and 3 aces. The SC JV also won in 3 sets to improve to 4-2.
