A 26-year-old Sandoval woman has been sentenced to six years in prison for possession of 15 to 100 grams of meth as well as a petition to revoke her drug court probation on a prior felony theft conviction.
Judge Mark Stedelin sentenced Mallory Seals of East Bond to six years in prison on the possession of methamphetamine charge and a concurrent two year sentence on the petition to revoke her probation for felony theft.
After getting out of prison, Seals will have to serve one year parole. She was given a furlough until Sunday before she has to report to begin the sentence. Seals was released on a $50,000 personal recognizance bond that requires GPS monitoring and for abstention from use of drugs and alcohol.
As part of the plea, a second count of unlawful possession with intent to deliver 15 to 100 grams of methamphetamine was dropped.
Seals had been placed on drug court on March 2nd of this year and was arrested on the new meth charge just a few weeks later.
