Salem Police have arrested 34-year-old Michael Dulaney of Winners Circle in Salem for alleged driving under the influence, no valid drivers license and for possession of a controlled substance. Police report they were called to the 700 block of Markland to a suspicious vehicle complaint. Dulaney was allegedly found inside with the engine still running partially blocking a driveway. He was later allegedly found in possession of fentanyl.
47-year-old Mary Frank of East Ninth in Sandoval was arrested by Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies on a Fayette County warrant. She posted $250 bond and was released.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a burglary to a barn and two outbuildings in the 7900 block of Baylis Road in rural Kinmundy. Tools and other items were reportedly stolen.
