Salem Police have given city ordinance violation tickets for curfew violations to two homeless Salem residents.
39-year-old Quinton Nix and 41-year-old Jacklyn Tate were spotted in the area of the tornado-damaged storage buildings in the 100 block of West Lake Street at 11:35 Saturday night. A person in the area contacted Salem Police to report the two were allegedly rummaging through what was left of the storage units.
Both were ordered to move along after being given the city ordinance violation tickets.
Meanwhile, Salem Police have left the curfew expire and it is no longer in effect after seven Monday morning.
