A 29-year-old Vandalia woman has been arrested on multiple charges Saturday by Centralia Police. Joeitta Mansker of West Fillmore was taken to the Marion County Jail for alleged domestic battery, aggravated battery, endangering the life of a child and criminal damage to property.
