Police Beat for Thursday, April 6th, 2023

A 30-year-old Salem man has been arrested by Salem Police for alleged aggravated domestic battery.  Cody Greenwood of Old Texas Lane had left his residence on Tuesday before police arrived.   He was taken into custody when located on Wednesday.   The alleged victim received minor injuries, but declined hospital treatment.

38-year-old Jonathan Hiltibidal of North Locust in Centralia was arrested by Centralia Police for violation of bail bond.

23-year-old Michael Foutch, who told sheriff’s deputies he was homeless was arrested on a felony failure to appear in court warrant on pending felony theft and criminal damage to property charges.  Bond is set at $25,000.

23-year-old Cody Lindsey of Perkins Street in Odin was arrested by Odin Police on a Marion County felony warrant on a possession of meth charge.  He was being held in lieu of $2,500.

47-year-old Andrew Ferguson of Cascade Lane in Centralia was arrested by Centralia Police on a Coles County DUI warrant.  He posted $300 bond and was released.

59-year-old Wally West of West Case in Kinmundy was arrested by Kinmundy Police for driving on a suspended or revoked license, no insurance, and no valid registration. He posted $250 bond and was released.
