A Desoto man has been charged in Marion County Court with threatening a public official and felony domestic battery.
Daniel Walls is accused of telling a sheriff’s deputy called to a domestic disturbance in Sandoval that he better watch out because if he saw him at the golf course he would physically attack him.
Walls was also charged with felony domestic battery after allegedly throwing a family member to the ground. The charge is a felony due to a past conviction.
Bond for Walls was set at $15,000. The public defender was appointed to represent him. Walls was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim.
