“Pretty Awesome”, those were the words of Salem Little League President Brian Lipe when speaking of the cleanup response from the community after the tornado moved through Salem over the weekend destroying dugout awnings and some fencing as well as scattering trash and debris throughout the grounds. Lipe said over 100 came out Sunday for their impromptu cleanup day and he reports that they got it all cleaned up and the Board would be reaching out to Americana about replacing the 5 dugout awnings.
