A 34-year-old Salem woman pleaded guilty in Marion County Court on Tuesday to a burglary charge after being found fit to stand trial.
Jolee Graham of South Maple admitted to entering a building in the 2100 block of State Route 37 South in Salem on June 22nd last year.
She was placed on 30 months probation, given credit for time served, ordered to undergo drug and alcohol evaluation and treatment and abstain, as well as take any prescribed medications. Graham was also ordered to have no contact with the victim.
Graham had undergone a mental health evaluation. The State’s Attorney and Public Defender stipulated to the findings that Graham was fit to stand trial before accepting the plea.
