Three enter guilty pleas in Marion County Court

A 53-year-old Salem man has pleaded guilty in Marion County Court to aggravated battery to a person over 60.  Bryan Hester of Hotze Road was sentenced to 30 months probation, drug, and mental health evaluation and treatment, and given credit for 13 days served in the Marion County Jail.  He was accused in the charge of pulling the hair of a person over 60.  A second charge of domestic battery and traffic offenses were dropped.

A 24-year-old Salem man has been sentenced to 30 months probation after pleading guilty in Marion County Court to a felony criminal trespass to property charge and a petition to revoke his probation on another criminal trespass to property count.   Kemper Hotze of North Ohio was placed on 30 months probation, given credit for 26 days served in jail and ordered to have no contact with the victim.   In the newest charge, he was charged with entering a home knowing others were present in the 500 block of West Warmoth Street.

A 31-year-old Centralia woman was sentenced to 28 days in jail, inpatient treatment, and an additional 24 months probation after pleading guilty to revoking her probation on earlier convictions of disorderly conduct and domestic battery.  Bianca Meeks of North Beech was accused in the disorderly conduct charge of making a 911 call when she had no grounds to make the emergency call.
