A 47-year-old Centralia man has been arrested by Centralia Police for alleged aggravated battery to a police officer and fleeing and eluding. Jason Alvey of West Kerr was taken to the Marion County Jail.
Salem Police arrested a 37-year-old Hoffman Estates woman for alleged driving under the influence of alcohol and aggravated battery to a police officer. Police report Stephanie Chaney-Black was initially stopped after they had received reports of her weaving in traffic and speeding. She later allegedly resisted getting out of her vehicle. Once at the jail, she is accused of striking a correctional officer leading to the aggravated battery charge.
Patoka Police and Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested two men for aggravated battery to a third. 21-year-old Anthony Dickerson and 19-year-old Noah Meredith are accused of striking the alleged victim in the Patoka Park Thursday night.
Centralia Police arrested 30-yea-rold Stephon Carpenter-Jackson of North Hickory Street in Centralia for violation of bail bond.
Centralia Police arrested and transported 60-year-old Randy Caswell of South Lincoln in Centralia to the Marion County Jail for alleged domestic battery.
