Yesterday, the Class S regional was held at Bryan Park.  State qualifying teams in the varsity girls were Selmaville and Trinity St Mary’s who finished 1-2.  On the boys side, Trinity St Mary’s won the event with Central City 2nd.

Individual qualifiers include Adaliegh Donoho of New Horizon, Sydney Carr of New Horizon, Kylee Hall of Raccoon, Sienna Feig of Central City, Lihanna Smith of North Wamac.

On the boys side, Noah Gaston of Selmaville, Caden Lamb of Raccoon, Tyler Carruthers of Raccoon, Hunter Malekovic of New Horizon and Kaiden Wolff of Altamont Lutheran.

The Lady Rockets dominated with Carly Veach 1st, Shelby Johnson 3rd, Gabby Harper 4th, Karmen Murray 5th, Kenna Benjamin 12, Gia Ward 16, Alana Howe 17.

Central City Boys placed 2nd at Regionals advancing to State.  Kolton Cook placed 5th, Preston Feig 9th, Kruz Jackson 10th, Jaron Cross 13th, Trey Sloat 14th, Wyatt Gregory 16th, Dayton Oller 22.

Central City girls tied for 3rd with 1 runner advancing to state.  Sienna Feig advancing to state placing 9th, Kinley Blair 14th, Madison Ramey 18th, Ryleigh Claybourn 20th, Kailee Easley 22, RaeLynn Keeley 30, Dalli Belmont 31.

The Trinity/St Mary’s Defenders includes Carson Pigg who won the race, Jase Brammeier was 3rd, Cooper Green 12th and Kayson Waters 15th, Jackson Hodge 18, Zachary Kenley 19 and Callen Williams 27.
