In Class 1a at Renton Wesclin, Christ Our Rock’s Parker Boehne was the medalist shooting 81 and advancing on to sectionals held at Effingham County Club on Monday. He beat Okawville senior Dillon Teter in a one-hole playoff to earn medalist honors.
Gibault won the team event with a 352 and advanced along with Okawville and Nashville.
Owen Landreth did not advance but led Sandoval with a 93, teammate Beau Chapman shot 103, Tristan Green 105 and Quentin Heinzman added a 121.
At Robinson, St Anthony was the winning team advancing along with Mt Carmel and Robinson. Altamont’s Avery Jahruas shot 86 to advance along with Flora’s Hunter Osborne who shot 92.
