Nashville notes: Kane Brown, Lauren Alaina & more

Lauren Alaina has signed a deal with Big Loud Records. 

The music video for Kane Brown‘s new song, “Grand,” will premiere Tuesday at 9 p.m. ET. 

Kacey Musgraves has teamed up with Mexican American singer-songwriters Cuco and Adriel Favela on a new song, “Sitting in the Corner.”
