In Class L baseball play, The Franklin Park Bobcats will open up at Centralia against Carlyle at 4:15 at the same time the host Tigers play Wesclin. The Championship game will be on Thursday afternoon.
In Region 8 at West Frankfort, the hosts take on Casey Mt Vernon at 3:30 followed by Benton and Hamilton County.
In Class S Selmaville quarterfinal action, Odin/Patoka will host New Horizon, Raccoon will take on Iuka, Selmaville plays Central City and Rome takes on Willow Grove/St Mary. The winners will advance to Thursday’s quarterfinal at the Salem Little League Complex.
At Aviston, Okawville will take on Breese District 12 and Aviston plays Breese All Saints Academy.
In Class M at Fairfield, Woodlawn takes on Albion and Fairfield plays Spring Garden.
