State Police made two separate arrests for possession of under five grams of methamphetamine. 34-year-old Ryan Thomas of Cave in Rock and 61-year-old Patricia Eubanks of Shannon Avenue in Richview were both taken to the Marion County Jail and later released on notice to appear in court.
Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 18-year-old Jaci Waters of Lincoln Boulevard in Flora for domestic battery in connection with an August 6th incident at a home on Kinmundy Road in rural Kinmundy.
Salem Police arrested 39-year-old Alejandro Abila-Sanchez of Second Street in Kinmundy for retail theft. He was released on a notice to appear in court.
Centralia Police arrested two on outstanding no-bond failure-to-appear warrants for major traffic violations. Both 23-year-old Ashton Organ of North Highland in Mt. Vernon and 26-year-old James Miller of Clinmar Street in Centralia were taken to the Marion County Jail to await further court action.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Department responded to a report of a burglary to a home in the 300 block of West Case Street in Kinmundy. The case was turned over to Kinmundy Police for further investigation.
