Centralia Police and Fire say a window was broken out and a wall at Dr. Mark Stedelin’s office received structural damage when struck by a car on Tuesday morning.
Police say 86-year-old Leona Guern of North Cherry Street was pulling into a parking space when she hit the gas pedal by mistake and crashed into the building. She escaped injury along with her grandson who she was taking to a doctor’s appointment.
The crash occurred at 10:15 Tuesday morning.
