A 24-year-old Centralia man was injured when his motorcycle hit a deer on Route 161 near Zion Hill Road east of Centralia Friday afternoon.
Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies say Jeffrey King was traveling eastbound on Route 161 and a deer ran out in front of him and the cycle crashed.
King was taken to SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia for treatment.
The crash occurred at 1:55 Friday afternoon.
