Illinois State Police arrested 32-year-old Bailey Wagoner of Maplewood Avenue in Salem for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a hypodermic syringe, and possession of contraband in a penal institution. She was released on a notice to appear in court.
Centralia Police arrested 33-year-old Krystyne Kelley of North Cherry in Centralia on an outstanding no-bond Marion County misdemeanor warrant.
Salem Police arrested 22-year-old Reba Neff of East Main in Salem on an outstanding Fayette County felony no bond warrant. She was awaiting transfer to the Fayette County Jail at Vandalia.
25-year-old Hanna Martin of Fairway Drive in Centralia was arrested for alleged domestic battery. She was taken to the Marion County Jail to await a first appearance in court.
