Salem Police arrested 37-year-old Randi Marcum of Beckwood Lane in Salem for possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic syringe. Marcum was arrested following a traffic stop where the Salem canine alerted on the vehicle.
Four others were brought to the Marion County Jail on outstanding warrants.
- A 36-year-old Centralia woman was arrested in Washington County on an outstanding Marion County felony warrant. Teara Sanders of East 14th was transported back to the Marion County Jail to await further action.
- Centralia Police arrested 41-year-old Patrick Nix of Salem on an outstanding Marion County warrant. Nix, who said he was homeless, was taken to the Marion County Jail to await further action.
- 27-year-0ld Josse Lilly of South Broadway in Salem was arrested by Central City Police on an outstanding Fayette County felony warrant.
- Salem Police arrested 36-year-old Whitney Payne of Shingle Oaks in Salem on an outstanding Jefferson County warrant.
