Salem Township Hospital’s Rural Health Clinic is offering $25 school and sports physicals. They are available until 6:30 tonight or from nine to 6:30 on Monday July 27th, Saturday, August 1st, and Monday, August third.
Just walk in. Cash, check and credit or debit cards will be accepted, but insurance will not be billed.
Enter the rural health clinic from the front parking lot.
Parents must be present to provide immunization records and sign physical forms. Vaccinations are not included in the physical.
