Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a 28-year-old homeless Wamac woman for possession of a stolen vehicle early Friday night. Deputies say Ann Marie Antonaccio was with the vehicle after it had been driven to a home on Burge Road east of Centralia. The vehicle had been stolen in Jefferson County.
Salem Police arrested 26-year-old Benjamin Corbett of North Indiana in Salem for domestic battery and criminal damage to property. Corbett reportedly became involved in a verbal argument at his home that escalated into Corbett allegedly throwing objects at the victim and later kicking a door and hitting the same person in the head. Corbett then allegedly grabbed and smashed the victim’s phone.
Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 32-year-old Lucas Turner of Ellis Grove on an outstanding Jefferson County no-bond misdemeanor warrant.
