On July 2, Shaheed T. Webster, 24, of Centralia, was convicted of domestic battery following a two-day jury trial. Webster was arrested by the Centralia Police Department on May 11, after officers responded to an incident between Webster and a female. Officers arrived on scene and spoke with the victim, who had bruising on her face and told them Webster struck her in the head several times.
