A 57-year-old Centralia man has been arrested on an outstanding Marion County no bond felony failure to appear warrant. Gerald Phillips of East Broadway was taken to the Marion County Jail to await further court action.
21-year-old Mark Vest of Walnut Hill Road in Centralia was arrested by Centralia Police on a Jefferson County major traffic warrant. He was later transferred to the Jefferson County Jail.
49-year-old Richard Boothman of Winnaboro, North Carolina was arrested by Centralia Police on a 2001 traffic failure to appear warrant. Boothman was released after posting $2,000 cash.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a burglary at a home in the 300 block of East Texas. The resident discovered the burglary when returning home around two Sunday afternoon.
