A 57-year-old Carbondale man, Kerry Dowell, was arrested in Pinckneyville and transported back to the Marion County Jail on a Marion County felony no bond failure to appear warrant.
Salem Police arrested 26-year-old Kelly Firnhaber of Markland Drive in Salem for retail theft. He allegedly grabbed some lottery tickets at the Huck's Store. Firnhaber was taken to the Marion County Jail where he was later released on a notice to appear in court.
