The cost of postage will jump on July 12th.
The US Postal Service has announced the price of a First-Class Mail Forever stamp will rise from 78 to 82 cents. Metered one-ounce letters will increase from 74 cents to 78-cents.
The July 12th rate charge includes an average 4.8-percent increase across mailing services.
