The Marion County Sheriff’s Department arrived at the scene of a reported injury crash on O’Leary Road near the Kinlou Road intersection in rural Kinmundy Sunday night to find a motorcycle seat and blood all over the road.
A search of the area also turned up a dead deer, which may have been involved in the crash and possibly the blood on the roadway. The Kinmundy-Alma Fire Department was also called out. The investigation is continuing into who was driving the cycle and if they were hurt.
The report came in at 10:06 Sunday night.
