Salem grad and John A Logan freshman Breanna Thurman was named to the All-Region Softball team after a fantastic season in the circle. Thurman finished 20-4 on the season with 104 strikeouts and only 13 walks in 146 innings pitched.
There were 8 Lady Vols that earned All Region honors and included are Presley Trogolo of West Frankfort, Ava Adcock of Pinckneyville, Audrey Upton of Carmi and Eliana Lutman of Chester.
Also honored were Lauryn Adamson of Haubstadt, Indiana, Payton Nicholson of Cabot, Arkansas, and Katie Futrell of Evansville, Indiana.
