Annies/Rams Classic Finishes In 10 Innings
It was a classic as Centralia and Mt Vernon played in a battle of the South 7. The Annies pulled out the win as Rorie Lambert was hit by a pitch with the bases loaded to drive in the go ahead run. The pitching was great on both sides. Emrie Quick went all 10 innings allowing no earned runs and 8 strikeouts. Danicah Tobin was great in the circle for Mt Vernon striking out 13. Centralia opened the scoring in the first on an RBI groundout from Kinsley Hawthorne. Arwyn Wilkey singled down the left field line in the fifth to tie it for the Lady Rams. Mackenzie Perez led Centralia going 3-5. Kaylee Bowdler had 2 this. Wilkey and Tobin had 3 hits each.
