The Salem Lady Wildcats hosted Roxana and beat the shells 13-8 on a rainy afternoon at Tully Park. Morgan Honerkamp was the winning pitcher. At the plate, Alivia Rasul hit 2 home runs, her first 2 varsity homers of her career and drove in 4 runs. Jaelyn Keller, Isabella Decker and Emily Jones had 2 hits with Jones driving in 3. Decker had 2 RBI and Keller also had an RBI. Salem will travel to Roxana on Thursday.
Bella Pearce rang up 11 strikeouts as the OPS Lady Eagles beat Ramsey 10-0. Pearce allowed just 2 hits in her complete game. Kenzi Wilkerson went 3-4 including 2 doubles. Gwen Belcher and Aubri Landreth had multi-hit games for OPS as well. The Lady Eagles will play at Wesclin today.
