They have competed in five SLYSA league games and attended the Fire Invitational Tournament this weekend in Evansville, IN. They are 4-2-2.
This weekend at the Fire Invitational tournament they went 1-1-1.
Their first game of the weekend finished with a 2-1 victory. Goals were scored by Ethan Petrillo and Hayden Young. Jonah Findley played well in net. They dropped their second game but kept their spirits up. They returned on Sunday getting into a 2-0 deficit early. However, the team kept working and after goals by Holden Etheridge and Jason Berry, they finished in a draw. Coen Dasch, Paxton Stanford, and Gavin Purcell held the defensive line. Brady Carroll, Dasch, and Berry had a great attitude throughout the weekend that lifted their team mates up. The boys made a lot of great plays as a team this weekend and have made a lot of progress so far this season.
The team will jump back into SLYSA play on Saturday with two games.
