Salem softball lost at St Anthony 9-5. Jaelyn Keller had 3 hits. Marah Johnson, Emily Jones and Isabella Decker added 2 each. Katee Sellers and Emma Lipe also had hits. Salem got RBI from Keller, Decker, Johnson and Jones.
In the JV innings Salem was winning 3-1. Teagan Lobek, Morgan Honerkamp, Lilliana Meyers and Jocelyn Sanderson all had hits with Meyers and Sanderson driving in runs. Alli Patrick was good in the circle. The Lady Cats will travel to East Alton Wood River this afternoon in conference play.
Centralia broke a 4-4 tie with 5 runs in the fourth inning and held on to beat Greenville 9-6. Emrie Quick was the winning pitcher scattering 9 hits and allowing 3 earned runs and striking out 6. Rorie Lambert went 2-4 with Kaylee Bowdler and Josie Venturini driving in 2 runs each. The Annies softball team heads to Cahokia for South 7 play.
Christ Our Rock lost to Breese Central 6-2. Leah Crompton had a solo homer for the Stallions. Katie Oelze went 2-3. Taylor Trame led Breese Central with 2 RBI. Kate Johnson hit a solo homer in the win. Addison Singler and Johnson had 2 hits each.
