The Franklin Park Bobcats open up play next week in the 77th annual James Burke Memorial Tournament. Salem is the top seed and will receive a bye to the semifinals on Thursday against the winner of Greenville and Roxana who play Monday at 3:30.
Aviston and Staunton will follow at 4:30 with St Anthony and Hillsboro finishing first round games at 5:30. The trophy games will be played on Friday. Salem has never won the tournament.
