Centralia improved to 16-1 on the season with a win over Carbondale 51-37. The Orphans only led by 5, 32-27 after three quarters but outscored the Terriers 19-10 in the fourth to pull away. Centralia was scheduled to play at the Highland Shootout, but instead will play at Mascoutah today with the JV starting at 4pm.

Today, the Mt Vernon Rams will be at Murphysboro coming off last night’s big overtime win over Marion 61-57.
