The Salem Fresh/Soph Lady Wildcats beat Effingham 661-33. Katee Sellers led Salem with 16, 12 each from Bre Kessler and Susmena. Johnson finished with 9.

Last night, Breese Central improved to 13-2 with a 69-38 win over Civic Memorial who falls to 12-4. Breese Central is the top team in 2a according to Max Preps with Civic Memorial 15th in 3a. Taylor Trame had a game high 22 points, 18 in the first half from Taylor Trame. Lily butler made 6 three pointers and finished with 20, Ella Nettemeier added 10. Marley Ogden had 17 for the Lady Eagles in the loss.
Centralia fell at Trout Arena to Marion 54-37. Witthaus-Strait led Centralia with 13, Bowdler added 8.
Hamilton County beat Murphysboro 65-27 and in the win Rayci Phelps set a new Lady Foxes single game scoring record with 36 points breaking the old record of 35.
