A 27-year-old Kinmundy man has been charged in Marion County Court with threatening a public official and intimidation for allegedly threatening to kill a DCFS worker after forgetting to turn off Zoom following a court hearing.
A warrant had been issued for the arrested of Shawn Lindsey of South Madison in Kinmundy following the Zoom incident last week.
Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies picked him up without incident Monday night. He reportedly had fled from Kinmundy Police in an earlier attempt to arrest him on the warrant.
Lindsey remained in custody until a first appearance on the charge which is expected later on Tuesday.
