A 28-year-old Centralia resident has been arrested by Centralia Police for aggravated domestic battery and assault with a deadly weapon. Kelsey Schmitz of South Sycamore was taken to the Marion County Jail to wait for a decision on formal charges and a first appearance in court. No other details are yet available.
35-year-old Carolene Higgins of Rogers, Arkansas turned herself in at the Marion County Jail on a Marion County major traffic no bond warrant.
