The Selmaville Lady Rockets beat the St. Rose Wildcats, 36-30, on Wednesday at Selmaville School.
The Lady Rockets had a strong first half, leading 20-15 at halftime and never looked back, securing the victory.
Alana Howe led the Lady Rockets with 23 points. Gia Ward added 7 points and 5 rebounds. Karmen Murray-Young with 4 points, and McKenzie Mulvany with 2, also pitched in for Selmaville Lady Rockets.
The JV Lady Rockets dropped their game 28-10. Khaeler Williams had 5 points and Josi Thorsen 3 points in the loss.
The Lady Rockets will travel to Raccoon for their next game on Thursday.
