A 47-year-old Vernon man has been arrested on a Fayette County felony no-bond failure to appear warrant. Billy McCoy of Seven Hills Road was taken into custody by Salem Police. He was later transferred from the Marion County Jail to the Fayette County Jail at Vandalia by a Fayette County deputy.
