The SC Cougars baseball team is at home today with Neoga. The Cougars are coming off a 3-2, 9 inning walk-off loss to Dieterich. The Maroons Andrew Hall singled home the winning run in the bottom of the 9th. Chase Guerrettaz led SC with 2 hits with Aidan Hoover and Guerrettaz driving in a run.
Brady Cain struck out the would-be winning run with the bases loaded and 2 outs with a full count as Odin/Patoka/Sandoval holds off Christ Our Rock 5-2. Kyan Walker, Austin Hoffman and Brady Haines each had 2 hits. Nix drove in a pair. Evan Beal and Garrett Denton drove in the Stallion runs. Beal homered.
