The D1 Junior College Regionals are underway. The KC Blue Angels season came to an end with 2 tough losses to John A Logan, thanks in large part to Odin graduate and Logan standout Trista Moore. She blasted a 2-run homer in the bottom of the sixth in game 1 to break a scoreless tie to lead the Volunteers to the 2-0 win. In the 2nd game, Moore hit a game tying 2-run homer in the bottom of the sixth inning with her team going on to score two more runs for the 4-2 victory.
